Cody Hershey

Cody Hershey has extensive experience in financial leadership and executive roles within the payments and compliance sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Greenlight Payments since January 2014, Cody also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Integrated Compliance Solutions until December 2023. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at MFunds, where innovative payment solutions were developed, and co-founder and Board Member at telSPACE LLC, specializing in MVNO billing systems. Earlier career experiences include serving as Accounting Manager at AT&T Wireless and Senior Accountant at Arthur Andersen. Cody Hershey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, with studies from 1992 to 2000.
