Faramarz Romer

Faramarz Romer has served as our Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer since September 2020. Faramarz joined the Company in July 2007 as the Reporting and Compliance Officer to oversee all aspects of the Company’s SEC filings, financial reporting, internal audit and SOX 404 process. Prior to joining Greenlight Re, he was a Senior Manager at KPMG’s audit practice. Faramarz is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario – Richard Ivey School of Business.
