Jessica Gebhardt

Jessica Gebhardt is the Chief Compliance Officer at Greenlight. Jessica has over 10 years of experience in the compliance field. Jessica started their career at Blue Ridge Capital as a Sr. Compliance Associate. During their time there, they helped build a 7-person compliance/legal team and implemented internal control tests to verify employee compliance with firm policies and procedures. Jessica also oversaw and monitored a violation tracking system for accuracy, which reduced unauthorized trading issues by more than 70%. In May 2018, Jessica left Blue Ridge Capital to work as a Senior Compliance Manager at Mariner Investment Group, LLC. There they developed, authored, and maintained compliance manual, code of ethics, and written policies and procedures. Jessica also reviewed agreements for compliance and privacy related issues and counseled committees and department heads regarding compliance risks and standards. In July 2019, Jessica left Mariner Investment Group to join American Red Cross of Georgia as their Chief Compliance Officer.

Jessica Gebhardt has a graduate certificate in nonprofit management and leadership from The University of Georgia. Jessica also has a JD in banking, corporate, finance, and securities law from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. Finally, they have a BA in English from Manhattanville College.
