Nicole McIntyre

Nicole McIntyre is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in quality assurance, education, multimedia production, and environmental outreach. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Greenlight since July 2021, Nicole leads an Employee Resource Group and compiles data reports to provide actionable insights. Previous roles include Senior Customer Service Representative and Customer Service Representative, where Nicole facilitated training and resolved complex customer issues. Nicole's background in education includes innovative curriculum design as a High School Biology Teacher at Norcross High School. Additionally, Nicole founded Nicky Mac Media, specializing in videography and photography, and has contributed to various conservation and educational initiatives through internships at NOAA and Reef Relief. Nicole holds a Master of Art in Teaching and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgia Southern University.
