Peter Rabold-Cowley

Peter Rabold-Cowley has been in the workforce for over 20 years. Peter has experience in resource management, business development, and recruitment. Peter is currently the head of resource management at Green Light.

Peter started their career in 1999 as a divisional manager at Radius Recruitment. Peter was there for eight years before moving to IPA in 2007. At IPA, they were responsible for the IT&T division. Peter left IPA in 2009 and went to Interpro People, where they were the business development manager for key accounts.

In 2012, Peter left Interpro People and joined Aurec as a managing consultant. Peter was there for one year before joining DX Solutions as the national resource manager in 2013. Peter was with DX Solutions for three years before moving to FinXL IT Professional Services in 2016, where they became the workforce enablement manager.

In their current role at Green Light, Peter is responsible for managing the company's resources and ensuring that they are being used efficiently. Peter has a proven track record of success in previous roles and is an asset to Green Light.

Peter Rabold-Cowley has a Batchelor's degree in Computer Science from Loughborough College.
