Joshua Welch

Joshua Welch is a Co-Founder of Greenline Apartment Management and Three Pillars Capital Group, both of which focus on owning and operating Class B and C multifamily properties in Houston, Texas. Prior to their current roles, Joshua served as the CEO of Wolverine Realty, where responsibilities included managing a portfolio of rental properties in Central Florida. Additionally, Joshua has experience as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Tesseract Asset Management, specializing in systematically managed institutional portfolios, and worked as a Systems Engineer at Lockheed Martin, contributing to the development of missile guidance systems. Joshua holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Michigan.
