Dr. Lamell McMorris

Dr. Lamell McMorris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic consulting, real estate development, and sports management. As the founder and CEO of Phase 2 Consulting since April 2002, McMorris leads a prominent strategic advisory firm focused on guiding clients toward impactful enterprise navigation. In addition, McMorris serves as Founding Principal and CEO of Greenlining Realty USA, which emphasizes urban property redevelopment with socioeconomic benefits. Previous roles include Principal at Edward Jones, Teaching Fellow at Northeastern University, and Founder and CEO of Perennial Sports and Entertainment. McMorris holds a Doctor of Law and Policy from Northeastern University, a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts from Morehouse College.
