Étienne Adou-Louvet

Étienne Adou-Louvet has a diverse work experience in various industries. Étienne started their career as a Co-founder and Head of Sales & Marketing at Let's Discuss, where they developed and implemented virtual agent solutions for brands to improve customer support and increase sales. Étienne also served as the Managing Director at Let's Discuss, overseeing the company's operations.

Afterward, Étienne worked as a Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud Consultant at Salesforce, where they utilized their expertise to optimize and automate sales processes for clients in different industries. Étienne had led 12 IT projects during their time there.

Étienne then joined Heyday by Hootsuite, a leading conversational commerce platform, initially as the Head of France - Country Manager, responsible for the company's operations in France. Later, they became the Head of Partnerships & Alliances for Europe, leading strategic partnerships in the region. Lastly, they served as the Global Expansion Director, focusing on expanding the company's presence internationally.

Currently, Étienne holds the position of VP of International Expansion - US & UK at Greenly | Certified B Corp, where they are involved in the mission to track carbon footprints and fight against climate change. Étienne'srole entails implementing tech solutions to automate carbon accounting for SMEs and individuals, enabling them to adopt more sustainable spending patterns.

Prior to their career in tech, Étienne co-founded Orès Data Science, a company that specializes in solving big data and small data problems by providing organizations with quality information to achieve their business goals.

Étienne Adou-Louvet completed their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance & IT at HEC Montréal from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also studied Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law at the City University of Hong Kong for one year.

In addition to their formal education, Étienne Adou-Louvet obtained several certifications from Salesforce. Étienne became a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant in March 2017 and earned the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification in October 2016. Prior to that, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) certification in September 2016 and the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification in August 2016.
