Ken Zollitsch

Vice President/director Of Land Planning at Greenman-Pedersen, Inc.

Ken Zollitsch has a diverse work experience background. Ken started their career as a Planning Intern at Forever Elmwood in 2002, where they prepared demographic profiles and promoted community events. In 2004, they worked as a Planning Intern at the City of Niagara Falls, where they conducted research and worked on grant writing. In 2005, Ken joined GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. as a Project Manager, overseeing civil engineering and planning projects for the Buffalo branch. Ken eventually became the Vice President/Director of Land Planning, managing the Land Planning Department, its staff, and budget. Ken's responsibilities included coordinating approvals, managing project teams and budgets, and representing clients at board meetings.

Ken Zollitsch earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from the University at Buffalo between 2000 and 2003. Ken then pursued a Masters degree in Planning from the same university, completing it from 2003 to 2005.
