Kyle Higgins

Kyle Higgins, PE, is a Project Manager and the Northern New England Highway Design Department Head at GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. since April 2021, where leadership and design management are provided for highway projects in New Hampshire and Maine. Prior to this role, Kyle served as a Project Engineer at WSP USA from May 2015 to April 2021, contributing design expertise to various civil and highway projects, including the development of horizontal and vertical geometry, corridor modeling, and the preparation of utility, grading, and drainage plans. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
