Nicki Jacobs

Nicki Jacobs, PE, PTOE, RSP1 has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and project management. Nicki began their career as a Chemical Engineering HS Intern at Merck in 1995. Following that, they worked as a Food and Nutrition Clerk at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, they served as a Substitute Teacher K-12 at allentown school district.

In 2004, Nicki joined NJDOT as an Assistant Engineer / Civil Engineer Trainee, where they worked until 2006. During this time, they gained valuable experience in the engineering industry. Nicki then moved on to Hanover Engineering Associates, Inc. as a Staff Engineer from 2006 to 2008.

From 2008 to 2012, Nicki worked at McTish, Kunkel & Associates as a Senior Engineer. Nicki'sresponsibilities included overseeing projects and providing expert engineering support. Following that, they joined CDM Smith in 2013 as a Civil Engineer/Project Manager, where they demonstrated their skills as a capable leader in managing projects. Nicki was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2017.

In 2018, Nicki joined GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. as a Senior Transportation Engineer / Project Manager. Nicki successfully managed projects and handled different engineering challenges. Later on, they served as the Deputy Director of Business Development PA and currently holds the position of Director of Marketing and Business Development PA, demonstrating their aptitude for business development and strategic planning. Nicki'sabilities in project management, engineering, and leadership make their a valuable asset to any organization.

Nicki Jacobs, PE, PTOE, RSP1 completed their education at Rutgers University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering from 1998 to 2003. Nicki also attended Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 2004 to 2005, focusing on Project Management. Additionally, they completed their high school education at Rahway High from 1992 to 1996.

Nicki Jacobs also holds several certifications, including being a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and North Carolina. Nicki is also a certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer and holds the Road Safety Professional (RSP1) certification from the TPCB institution.
