Samiul Haque

Samiul Haque, P.E. has a strong and diverse work experience in the field of electrical engineering. Samiul is currently serving as the Director of Electrical Engineering at GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at DVL Consulting Engineers, Inc. for over 16 years, where they held multiple roles including Associate Principal/Chief Electrical Engineer/MEP Design Project Manager and Electrical Manager/MEP Project Manager. Samiul was responsible for business development, fee proposals, managing the electrical design department, and leading the electrical engineering team. Before that, Samiul worked at Reliance Energy as a Senior Electrical Project Engineer, where they handled the design, engineering, and project management of power distribution systems. Samiul also worked as an Electrical Site Engineer (Construction) at Bahrain Electromechanical Co. (BEMCO) and as an Electrical Engineer at Consulting Engineering Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. and C.P Consultants Pvt. Ltd., where they were involved in the design and supervision of electrical systems for various building projects. Throughout their career, Samiul has worked on a wide range of projects, including high-rise buildings, hospitals, residential complexes, and industrial plants.

Samiul Haque, P.E. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology in 1996. Samiul also holds a NJ State Professional Engineering License from the New Jersey State Board of Professional Engineers, obtained in 2020, and a NY State Professional Engineering License from the New York State Department of Education, obtained in 2012.
