Tom Rowader

Tom Rowader currently serves as Vice President and Director of Transportation Engineering Services at GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. since March 2019. With extensive experience in engineering leadership, Tom held the position of Senior Vice President at Dawood Engineering, Inc. from June 2004 to January 2019, where significant contributions included helping the firm achieve recognition as a Top 500 Design Firm in Engineering News Record. Previous roles include Team Leader at Dewberry, where Tom worked on major bridge and highway projects, and Manager of Structural Engineering at Borton-Lawson, overseeing key transportation and building projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Facilities Engineer for Northrop Grumman and as an Air Force Officer focusing on engineering design and management. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
