William Costello

Dr. William Costello is a retired dental clinician with twenty-five years’ experience and is a dental products inventor, marketer and industry entrepreneur. Bill was the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Accu Bite Dental Supply, LLC based in Williamston, MI. Over 35 years he, spouse Betsy Costello, CFO, and their team built Accu Bite into a premier US dental distributor that was ultimately acquired by one of the largest US dental distributors, Patterson Dental in 2005. The Accu Bite dental trays are still being used extensively in dentistry today. Bill was twice elected President of Dental Dealers of America, a national trade association, the precursor of the Dental Trade Alliance. Bill is a graduate of the University of Michigan (UM) School of Dentistry and serves as a member of Dean Laurie McCauley’s Advisory Committee at the UM School of Dentistry.
