Ofir Hakim is a Ph.D. biologist with over 15 years of experience in research and development. Currently serving as the Head of Biology at GreenOnyx, Ofir previously held positions as Head of Science at Meala Foodtech and Principal Investigator at Bar Ilan University. Ofir has led interdisciplinary research in genome architecture and gene regulation, coordinated multidisciplinary programs, and managed numerous research projects while publishing extensively in prestigious journals and presenting at international conferences. Ofir earned a B.Sc. in Food Engineering and Biotechnology, followed by a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Plant Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
