Abigail Sanchez Guzmán has been working in the customer service and finance industries since 2010. Abigail started their career at Telvista Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, where they received customer service inbound calls, chats, and emails, mediated conflicts within supervisor calls and escalations, and provided technical support to customers who had speakers or headsets. In 2014, they moved to Teloro S.A. de C.V. (Oficial), where they held various roles such as Manager Customer Service, Project Manager, Sales Manager, Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative. In this role, they managed 60 to 90 accounts monthly, was responsible for foreseeing appropriate customer follow up by the customer service team, and setting their KPIs, and communicated with internal and external departments to ensure project completion within service level agreement. Finally, in 2021 they joined GreenDay Finance as a Client Care Manager.
