Kritam Krishnan

Kritam Krishnan currently serves as the Director of Service Management at Blue Mantis since July 2023. Prior to this role, Kritam held the position of Director of Service Management and Business Governance at NTT Ltd. from 2015 to 2023, where leadership of a team managing service portfolios generating annual revenues exceeding $180 million was key, alongside driving strategic transformation initiatives. Additionally, Kritam worked as a Senior Service Manager at NTT Ltd., developing service lifecycle management methodologies. Experience also includes positions at Dimension Data as a Lead Technical Engineer and a Proactive Engineer, as well as serving as a Network Engineer at Realtech Systems Corp. Kritam holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Binghamton University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
