Steven Stein has extensive experience in various roles related to cloud and security operations, client services, and network & server support. Steven has served in leadership positions at Blue Mantis, managing day-to-day support for customers, overseeing service delivery, and leading technical teams. Prior to that, they worked at Welsh Consulting as a Partner and Manager of Consulting Services. Overall, Steven has a strong background in managing customer relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and providing technical support in diverse environments.

Steven Stein holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University. Prior to that, they attended Syosset High School. Additionally, Steven has obtained various certifications including CISSP, Exam 534: Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions, Microsoft Specialist - Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and ITIL Foundation.
