Melissa McShane is a seasoned philanthropic and development professional with extensive experience across various organizations in Australia. Currently serving as the Philanthropy Manager at Greenpeace Australia Pacific since January 2024, Melissa previously held roles as Development Manager at the Bionics Institute and ClimateWorks Australia. Additional experience includes positions at the University of Melbourne, Barbican Centre, Melbourne International Film Festival, Theatre Works, Melbourne Fringe Festival, L1 Studios, and Sydney Festival. Melissa's educational background includes a Master of Arts and Cultural Management from the University of Melbourne and a BA in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney, alongside early training in Musical Theatre at the National Institute of Dramatic Art.
