Carolin Pieper's work experience begins in 2008 with an internship as a Brand Activation Intern for Carefree at Johnson & Johnson. In 2010, they interned as a Brand Management Intern for Dove Deodorant at Unilever. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Promoter & Study-scout at border concepts GmbH. In 2013, they interned as a Brand Management Intern for Heineken & Desperados at The HEINEKEN Company. Later in 2013, they joined Danone Waters as a Sales and Marketing Trainee and eventually became a Key Account Manager for Rewe, where they achieved double-digit value growth and the highest growth rate among all key accounts at the company. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Project Manager for International Sales Development at DHL Parcel. Their most recent role is as the Global Sales Manager at Greenplan GmbH, starting in 2021. In between their work experience, they took a two-year world trip with their partner and had a daughter. Some highlights of their trip included hiking from Munich to Venice, exploring Peru, and a 10-day hike through Albania, Montenegro, and Kosovo.
Carolin Pieper's education history begins with their A-Levels at Gymnasium Carolinum Osnabrueck, which they completed from 1999 to 2006. Carolin then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration at Saxion University of Applied Sciences, specializing in International Business and Management Studies, which they completed from 2006 to 2010.
In 2010, Carolin Pieper continued their education at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they completed a Pre-master in International Business Administration, preparing their for admission to the master's program. From 2011 to 2012, they studied at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Marketing Management, which was a one-year program conducted in English.
Carolin Pieper also had the opportunity to spend an exchange semester at Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea, during 2009. Additionally, they participated in an exchange semester at Queen's University in Kingston, Canada, in 2012, although it appears that they did not pursue a specific degree during their time there.
