Kabir Fakoya

Kabir is passionate about providing innovative green infrastructure to underserved communities to combat aging infrastructure and the effects of climate change. He is committed to utilizing green infrastructure as a method of providing comprehensive stormwater management and creating community spaces in order to improve communal relationships. Prior to joining Greenprint, Kabir designed retrofits as a member of Illinois Solar Decathlon and assessed performance of environmentally conscious best management practice for the Illinois Department of Transportation. Kabir earned his B.S. in Agricultural and Biological Engineering with a concentration in Soil and Water Resource Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
