Rachel Kegley

Rachel Kegley, PCAM, is the Founder of Urban Monarch Management, LLC, specializing in Community Association Management in Grand Rapids, Michigan, since May 2017. Concurrently, Rachel operates as a Licensed Realtor at Greenridge Realty. Prior experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Phoenix Rising Management, LLC, from September 2015 to November 2016, and as the Director of Community Managers at the same company from June 2009 to October 2015, overseeing portfolio management for over 180 associations in the Chicago area. Additional roles include Assistant General Manager at Cenitare from September 2006 to June 2009 and Restaurant Manager at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from February 2005 to September 2006. Rachel Kegley holds a Master's degree in Spanish, Business, and Hospitality Management from Western Illinois University, completed in 2005, and is a certified Professional Community Association Manager.
