Carrie Penney

Carrie Penney's work experience begins in 2007 as an Administrative Assistant at McDougal Companies. Carrie then worked as an Acquisition Analyst - Internship at Suddenlink Communications in 2011. In the same year, they also became a Registered Tax Preparer at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. Carrie joined Lubbock Integrated Medical Institute in 2011, taking on the role of Accountant/Director of Operations until 2018. Carrie then transitioned to MaloneBailey, LLP, where they worked as an Audit Associate, Experienced Audit Associate, and finally as a Senior Audit Associate from 2018 to 2021. Carrie joined GulfMark Energy in 2021 as a Senior Accountant and later became an Accounting Supervisor until 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Controller at Greenrise Technologies.

Carrie Penney has a comprehensive education history in the field of accounting. Carrie attended South Plains College from 2006 to 2009, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree. Afterwards, they enrolled at Texas Tech University from 2009 to 2011, majoring in accounting and earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Subsequently, they pursued further education at Texas A&M University-Commerce from 2017 to 2018, obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in accounting.
