John Moss is an Independent Consultant at JMSS, LLC, and has extensive experience in storm water pollution prevention compliance, particularly within the commercial construction industry since 2003. They oversaw turnkey compliance services for over 2000 projects in southeast Texas while serving as Vice President of Business Development at Construction EcoServices, where they participated in implementing innovative Best Management Practices.
