James O'Gara

James O'Gara is an experienced educator and muscular therapist with a diverse background in music and therapy. Since August 2013, James has served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Greensboro College, teaching various MIDI and studio keyboard courses. Additionally, James has operated O'Gara Muscular Therapy since January 2009, specializing in pain management, carpal tunnel treatment, sports massage, and chair massage. James also contributed to North Carolina A&T State University from August 2014 to May 2021 as an Adjunct Lecturer for electronic music courses. James holds a Master’s Degree in Studio Composition from Purchase College, SUNY, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and Music Performance from Greensboro College, reflecting a strong academic foundation in both music and mathematics.
