Jacquie Lowe has a diverse background in law enforcement and education. Currently serving as an Investigation Aid in the Criminal Investigations Division at the Greensboro Police Department since July 2021, Lowe previously held the position of Watch Operations Specialist at the same department from January 2016 to January 2022, acting as an information liaison between citizens and police. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Griffin Recreation Center, where Lowe served as a Center Representative/Official/Team Leader from September 2014 to October 2015 and as a Health & PE Teacher for nearly two decades from August 1993 to June 2012, also chairing the department. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Health Education and Promotion obtained from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the same institution.

Officers also respond to automobile accidents, crimes in progress and other emergency situations, and are required to exercise judgment and initiative in handling both routine and complex problems.
