Senior Vice President Integrated Systems at Greensea IQ

Nick Hartman has extensive experience in various roles within the engineering and technology sectors. Nick is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Integrated Systems at Greensea IQ. Prior to this, they held the position of VP Strategy and Growth - General Manager at Bayonet Ocean Vehicles, where they were responsible for the growth and strategy of subsea crawler vehicles.

Before joining Bayonet Ocean Vehicles, Hartman worked at MacArtney Underwater Technology Group, where they held two roles: Business Development Manager and Systems Sales Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for sales efforts, creating technical and commercial requirements, and generating proposals for electric winches, hydraulic A-Frames, and other equipment.

Hartman also worked as a Program Manager at Danaher Industrial Controls, leading new product development activities for vacuum contactors and other products. Nick previously held roles at Remote Ocean Systems as an Engineering Manager, Operations Manager, and Sr. Mechanical Engineer. In these positions, they managed R&D activities, launched new products into manufacturing, and introduced new products from conceptualization to release.

Prior to their time at Remote Ocean Systems, Hartman worked as a Mechanical Engineer at 3D Engineering and MEDER Electronics, designing opto mechanical systems and automated testing equipment respectively.

Throughout their career, Hartman has demonstrated strong leadership skills, customer interfacing abilities, and expertise in product development and manufacturing processes.

Nick Hartman earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, specializing in Finite Element Analysis and Thermal Sciences. Prior to their university education, they attended Silver Lake High School.
