Paco is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Bayonet Ocean Vehicles and previously held the same position at Greensea Systems, Inc. Paco has also worked as a Business Development professional, specializing in UUV systems, at BAE Systems, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Business Development at Riptide Autonomous Solutions and VideoRay: Underwater Robots. Paco's earlier career includes roles as the Director of Maritime Systems Applications at iRobot and as a Consultant at SAIC. Paco began their professional journey with the US Navy, where they held the position of Commander for a remarkable tenure of 23 years. Paco's work experience showcases their expertise in business development, maritime systems, and leadership skills.
Paco Santana's education history includes attending Southern Methodist University, Naval Postgraduate School, Defense Acquisition University (DAU) where they obtained a Level III degree in Program Management, and Pine Crest. Paco also holds additional certifications such as NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator License, North Carolina Life, Accident & Health and Variable Life & Annuity from the North Carolina Department of Insurance, Series 66 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and Series 7 also from FINRA.
