Donna Kolnik

Donna Kolnik is an experienced Benefits and Payroll Manager with a strong background in human resources and payroll administration. At UB Greensfelder since October 2017, Donna oversees benefits and payroll processes. Previously, Donna served as Benefits and Payroll Administrator at Beltservice Corporation from 2010 to July 2016, and held the position of Compensation and Benefits Coordinator at St. Anthony's Medical Center from 2000 to 2009. Earlier in Donna's career, the role of Benefits Representative was undertaken at DIMAC Direct from 1997 to 2000. Donna Kolnik holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Truman State University and a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University.
