Paul Petruska

Paul Petruska currently serves as General Counsel for FRA Trust Advisors, a role commenced in August 2024, while also being the Founding Attorney of Family Fortress Law Firm, LLC, offering Estate Planning Services primarily for FRA's clients. Previously, Paul held various positions, including Counsel for UB Greensfelder, focusing on Product Liability litigation and estate planning, and Counsel Attorney at Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C., where a diverse legal background was utilized. An entrepreneurial venture led to the establishment of Paul Eric Law Office, LLC, during the pandemic, addressing clients' needs related to estate planning and corporate safety. Earlier career experiences include significant roles in litigation and insurance with Zurich North America, Williams Venker & Sanders LLC, Brasher Law Firm, and Brown & James, P.C. Paul holds a Doctor of Law from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Saint Louis University.
