Dave Sheldon

Dave Sheldon has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Dave started their career at Moore Electrical Contractors, Inc. as a Web Applications Developer in 2006. In 2007, they joined Greenshades Software as a Development Lead and Lead Software Architect, where they contributed to the development of large-scale applications and oversaw product development across multiple segments.

In 2015, Dave had brief stints at Black Diamond as a Sr Software Engineer, where they worked on API development and integrations, and at Optimum Healthcare IT as part of their consulting shop, Bold City Software, where they successfully built a job and onboarding marketplace for the client.

Dave returned to Greenshades Software in 2015 as a Software Engineer, and later progressed to the role of Developer IV. During this time, they played a key role in the development of Greenshades Payroll, a new payroll platform, and helped enhance the software ecosystem at the company.

In 2016, Dave joined CentralReach, LLC as a Software Engineer, where they worked on tasks such as deploying an ElasticSearch cluster and improving the clinical note-taking workflow.

In 2017, they moved to Pacesetter Technology as a Lead Developer, leading a team in developing technology solutions for luxury and golf clubs. Dave worked on various projects, including mobile apps, back-end data pipeline, and web admin controls.

Dave returned to Greenshades Software in 2021, initially as an Architect and later as the Principal Architect, where they continue to contribute to the company's development projects.

Dave Sheldon attended Jacksonville University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Computing Sciences with a focus on Internet Information Systems.
