Kesheena Levasseur

Kesheena Levasseur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client support and software implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Support Analyst and Implementation Specialist at Greenshades Software since November 2016, Kesheena has excelled in assisting clients with software installations, training on product functionality, and troubleshooting issues through both phone and remote sessions. Previous experience includes an Administrative Assistant role at Menava, Inc. during the 2015 tax season and an Assistant Teacher position at JACA from 2011 to 2014, where responsibilities included office tasks and student assistance.
