Matthew Kane

Matt Kane is the Chief Product Officer and Founder of Greenshades Software, where Matt has been working since May 2002. Matt also holds various titles such as Board Member, Chief Financial Officer, Co-CEO, and Vice President/Director of Information Technology. At Welltality, which Matt co-founded in October 2014, Matt serves as the CEO and Board Member. Additionally, Matt was a Board Member at Akerna Corp. from December 2015 to February 2024. Matt holds a Master of Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Jacksonville University.
