Ana Shmin has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Ana is currently working as the Director of Sponsorships and Events at GreenShield, a position they started in 2024. Before joining Canadian Tire, Ana worked at Bombardier Aerospace from March 2007 to April 2013 as an Event Manager. Ana developed and implemented a global marketing and event strategy and oversaw marketing efforts for Bombardier's After Market division. Ana also managed and executed marketing and client events in various international markets.

Ana'searlier work experience includes roles at Directors Guild of Canada - Ontario as an Event/Office Coordinator from November 2005 to March 2007, and at Shoppers Drug Mart as a Consumer Affairs Administrative Assistant from May 2005 to September 2005.

Ana Shmin attended Seneca College from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Diploma in Marketing. Ana also completed a Leadership Through Teambuilding program at Schulich ExecEd, although the timeline for this is unknown.
