Stephanie Walker

Stephanie Walker has over 15 years of work experience in the field of employee support services, mental health support, and client service. Stephanie currently holds the position of National Director, Growth and Client Service, Group at GreenShield. Previously, they worked as a Senior Director, Student Support at Morneau Shepell, where they were responsible for growing their Student Support Program globally. Before that, Stephanie was the Director of Sales and Account Management - Atlantic Canada at Shepell, where they designed and implemented Employee Assistance Programs for various organizations. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to collaborate with teams and partners to achieve business growth and provide effective support services.

Stephanie Walker obtained an MBA in Human Resources from Saint Mary's University from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed a B.Sc. in Biology and Psychology at Dalhousie University from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degrees, Stephanie Walker has certifications in Group Benefits Associate (GBA) and Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from ISCEBS.
