Human Resources Team

The Human Resources Team at Southern Regional College is responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. They support the college’s mission by ensuring a vibrant, inclusive work environment, and provide strategic HR guidance to support the growth and development of over 900 staff members. The team also plays a key role in implementing policies and initiatives that enhance staff wellbeing and professional development.
