Her experience and leadership have focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth. Prior to her current role, Bahea was Group Chief Operations Officer of Network International, where she was responsible for establishing a customer-centric work culture that delivers world-class experiences to the Group’s customer banks and merchants across the MEA region. She has more than ten years of extensive experience in managing large and complex transformation projects for various issuing and acquiring organisations. Previously, Bahea was Network International’s Chief Information Officer for the Middle East, where she was heavily involved in the conversion of major customers to the new payments processing platform prior to assuming her current post.

Bahea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from Petra University.
