Pat Allin

Pat is Audit Committee Chair of Greensill.

Prior to joining Greensill, Pat was co-founder, Chairman and CEO of Textura Corporation, a business process provider for commercial construction projects. Pat led Textura from its foundation through to its public listing on the NYSE.

Pat previously held senior roles with Moore Corporation and was both an audit partner in Canada and a consulting partner in the US with Price Waterhouse (latterly PwC). Pat’s last role at PwC was COO of the Global Consulting Practice.

Pat is a Canadian CPA and has a degree in business and economics from the University of Toronto.
