Edgardo Rodriguez

Edgardo Rodriguez has over two decades of experience in the IT industry. Edgardo currently serves as the Sr. Director of IT Services Operations at GreenSky®, where they focus on embedding IT infrastructure and applications into the business. Prior to this, Edgardo worked at Lumen Technologies as the Manager of NOC - NG911 Service, where they led an 18-member team responsible for providing support for Next Generation 9-1-1 solutions.

Before joining Lumen Technologies, Edgardo held various roles at Worldpay, including Application Systems Support Manager and Computer Operations Manager. In these positions, they managed critical business applications, led and advised on application and incident management, and played a key role in addressing customer complaints and low team morale.

Earlier in their career, Edgardo worked as a Network Engineer at Worldpay, where they optimized network infrastructure, security, and performance. Edgardo also gained experience as a Communications Technician at Worldpay, where they focused on improving service delivery through network circuit troubleshooting.

Edgardo began their career at Norfolk Southern Corporation as a Datacomm Technician, where they strengthened communications systems through voice and data networks.

Throughout their career, Edgardo has consistently demonstrated their ability to improve business performance, enhance customer experience, and optimize efficiency.

Edgardo Rodriguez completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from DeVry University between 1996 and 1999. Edgardo has also obtained several certifications, including Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance in May 2020 and SQL Level 2 and SQL Level 1 from Emory Continuing Education in 2020. Edgardo has also completed the "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts" course from LinkedIn in 2020.
