Joe Thor

Joe Thor has extensive work experience in various roles related to database administration and data services. Joe started their career in 1995 with Thor Technology Group, where they served as the owner and handled various aspects of day-to-day operations. Joe also worked as a contracted DBA for the MS SQL Server environment. In 2004, Joe joined Biolab as a Sr. DBA until 2010. Joe then worked at InComm as a DBA/ETL Developer from 2010 to 2011. Joe joined IgnitionOne in 2011 as a Sr. Database Administrator and later moved to GreenSky® in 2012. At GreenSky®, they initially served as a Sr. Database Administrator and later became the VP of Data Services in November 2018.

Joe Thor attended Clayton State University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained an AAS degree in Computer Science. Joe later returned to Clayton State University from 2001 to 2004 to pursue a BIT degree in Information Technology - Database.
