Joleen Ledger possesses extensive experience in organizational development and training spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Organizational Development Manager and Saba LMS Manager at GreenSky® since 2014, Joleen manages employee and leadership development programs, oversees compliance initiatives, and curates digital learning content. Previous roles include positions at Emory University where Joleen coordinated corporate learning programs and managed client accounts, as well as independent training specializing in communication skills. Joleen's educational background includes a Master of Science in Organizational Development/Leadership from Brenau University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in International Finance from the University of Central Florida.
