GreenSlate Development Partners is a locally owned real estate firm rooted in Omaha and committed to its future. For more than a decade, we've focused on one thing: finding the underinvested, overlooked corners of Omaha's urban core and transforming them into places people are proud of. 

Our work spans adaptive reuse, historic renovation and ground-up new construction. From the creation of the Blackstone District to the renovation of the historic Blackstone Hotel into the Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel, to Catalyst Omaha and 37 West Farnam — our portfolio reflects a simple belief: great cities are built one intentional project at a time.
