Tyler Kershaw

Tyler Kershaw has worked at several companies since 2014. Tyler began their career as a Customer Experience Intern at Amazon in 2014. In 2015, they were a Frontend Engineer at Verizon. In 2016, they worked as an IT Project Manager at Quicken Loans. From 2017 to 2021, they were employed at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), where they held the roles of UX Designer and Associate Project Manager. Since 2021, they have been a Product Designer at Citrix and Lead Product Designer at GreenSpark Software.

Tyler Kershaw obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Systems Operations Management from the University of Florida from 2013 to 2016. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® from the Project Management Institute in May, a UX Certification from the Nielsen Norman Group in October, and a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design from the LUMA Institute in December.
