Sharon Cohen has a strong background in finance and accounting, with significant experience in executive roles. Sharon is currently the Chief Financial Officer at GreenSpense since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the CEO/CFO at Sound Ideas Ltd. from February 2017 to March 2023. Before that, they worked as the Director of Finance at Sizmek (formerly MediaMind) from October 2014 to February 2017, where they were responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of a global company with 18 subsidiaries. Sharon also has experience as the CFO of Cisco Systems Israel Ltd. from May 2006 to October 2014 and as a Finance Controller at Apax Partners from April 2005 to May 2006.

Sharon Cohen's education history begins in 1989 when they attended The College of Management Academic Studies. Sharon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance in 1994. Following this, in 1997, they obtained a CPA license from the Israeli certified Public Accountant program. In 1998, Sharon pursued their MBA from Heriot-Watt University, specializing in Business. Sharon completed their MBA program in 1999. Later, in 2002, they pursued further education at Bar-Ilan University, obtaining a Master of Laws degree in 2003, focusing on Law. Most recently, in 2016, Sharon attended the CFO Forum, where they participated in the Director and Senior Officers course.
