Manny Crespo

Manny Crespo is a seasoned attorney specializing in real property transactions and civil litigation, with a focus on real property disputes including contract and title disputes, construction litigation, commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and foreclosure cases. Currently a Shareholder at Greenspoon Marder Law since January 2016, Manny previously held the position of Partner at SMGQ Law from June 2009 to December 2015 and was also a Partner at Manuel L. Crespo, P.A. from January 1997 to June 2009. Manny earned a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Literature, and Political Science from Duquesne University.
