Nick Richards

Nick Richards is a Partner at Greenspoon Marder LLP, where Nick represents businesses and individuals in tax audits, trials, and collection matters. Nick is also a national expert in IRC Section 280E, an adjunct professor of law, and a national speaker for the accounting and cannabis industries. Additionally, Nick serves as a board member for the Cannabis Certification Counsel and Organic Cannabis Association.
