AJ Jones is a finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and growth equity. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at StepStone Group since September 2021, AJ contributes to a global private markets firm that specializes in customized investment and portfolio monitoring across various asset classes. Previously, AJ held positions at Greenspring Associates, starting as a Summer Analyst in June 2018, advancing to a Venture Capital Analyst, and ultimately becoming a Senior Venture Capital Analyst before the firm's merger with StepStone in 2021. AJ holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Sociology from The George Washington University and has furthered education at King's College London.
