Robin Bailey

Robin Bailey is an experienced chair and leader having had a long career with Nationwide Building Society, where he worked for many years at director level heading several divisions including Retail, Insurance, and Savings.

Robin took early retirement from Nationwide and has since held a number of board positions in the UK, Isle of Man, and Eire. As a result, he has worked constructively with a large number of regulators.

He has been Chair of Buckinghamshire Building Society. After having served nine successful years in this role, he will be standing down from the position in April 2020.

Robin has a real passion for improving both customer and employee satisfaction and creating ambitious, experienced, and skilled boards.
