Juha Jaatinen

Juha Jaatinen has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Juha has worked as an interim CFO and executive at Greenstep Oy, where they assisted in IPO preparations, due diligence projects, reporting development, and management reporting. Juha also served as the CFO at M-Brain Group, leading the finance team and contributing to a company turnaround project. Prior to that, they held the position of CFO at Evac Group, a leading provider of waste and water management systems. Juha also worked as the CFO at Okmetic Oyj, where they successfully led various projects. Before entering the CFO role, Juha held several positions at Nokia, including Senior Business Controller and Director Finance and Control, where they played a key role in implementing new sales strategies and business concepts. Juha started their career at ICL Data as a Controller, responsible for financial analysis and management accounting. In addition, Juha served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Aina Group Oyj. Overall, Juha has a strong background in finance and has contributed to the success of various companies throughout their career.

Juha Jaatinen holds a Master of Science degree in Economics, with a focus on Finance, Marketing, Economics, and Law, from the University of Jyväskylä. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained the certification "Hyväksytty hallituksen jäsen HHJ-tutkinto" from the Helsingin seudun kauppakamari - Helsinki Region Chamber of Commerce in May 2021.
