Kyle Swanson is a Machine Learning Consultant at Greenstone Biosciences, focusing on applying machine learning to drug discovery. Currently a PhD student at Stanford University under Professor James Zou, Kyle develops machine learning methods for drug discovery and biomedicine. Previous experience includes research internships at ASAPP, where Kyle investigated natural language processing models, and work at MIT CSAIL on graph-based neural network algorithms for molecular property prediction. An educator as well, Kyle taught an introductory machine learning course in Kazakhstan and served as a teaching assistant for an MIT online course on cybersecurity. Kyle holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, along with multiple master's degrees in Biotechnology and Mathematics from Imperial College London and the University of Cambridge, respectively, and is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University.
